How do I actually open an account?

Three steps: fill out the form (takes about 2 minutes), upload your ID and proof of address, then fund it. Most people are trading within a few hours. If you get stuck, hit up live chat and we'll walk you through it.

What's the minimum deposit?

Standard account starts at $100. That's enough to trade micro lots and get a feel for things. If you're trading bigger size or want raw spreads, the Pro account starts at $5k.

Can I try this without risking real money first?

Absolutely. Grab a demo account with $100k fake money. Same platform, same data feeds, zero risk. It's there to help you figure out if you actually like pressing buttons before you put skin in the game.

Execution & Leverage

Do you have dealing-desk intervention?

Nope. We're true NDD (No Dealing Desk). Your orders go straight to liquidity providers. We don't trade against you, requote you, or play games with your stops. Our edge is volume and commissions, not betting against clients.

Can I scalp or run EAs?

Go for it. Scalp all day, run a hundred EAs if you want. No restrictions. Just keep an eye on margin if you're layering up positions fast.

What's the max leverage?

Depends on the account and your region. Standard goes up to 1:500, Pro caps at 1:300, Elite at 1:200. Higher balances sometimes get lower leverage—that's a regulatory thing, not us being difficult.

What happens if my account goes negative?

Retail clients get negative balance protection. If somehow you end up below zero during crazy volatility, we reset it to zero. You won't owe us. Pro clients can opt out for higher leverage, but that's on you to manage.

How fast are withdrawals?

Pro and Elite accounts get same-day processing if you request before 3pm GMT. Standard accounts usually go out within 24 hours. Bank wires can take 2-3 business days to land in your account—that's the banks, not us.

Which payment methods do you take?

Cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank wires, local bank transfers in most countries, and USDT/USDC in regions where it's allowed. Depends a bit on where you're based—check the deposit page after you sign up.

Are there withdrawal fees?

First withdrawal each month is free. After that, bank wires cost $25, cards are free, crypto has network fees (usually a few bucks). We don't markup the fees—what you see is what it actually costs.

Can I deposit in a different currency?

Yep. We support USD, EUR, GBP, AED, NGN, ZAR, and a few others. Your P&L will be in whatever currency you pick. Makes life easier if you're not constantly converting.

MT5, mobile apps, and all that technical stuff.

Do I need to download anything?

Not if you don't want to. Web Trader runs in your browser. But if you're serious about charting or running algos, download MT5 desktop—it's way more powerful.

Can I trade from my phone?

Yeah, the mobile app is solid. You won't be drawing Fibonacci retracements on a 6-inch screen, but closing positions, checking P&L, setting alerts—all works great.

Can I use my own indicators and EAs?

If it runs on MT5, it'll run on our servers. Upload whatever custom code you want. VPS is available if you need 24/7 uptime.

Is two-factor authentication required?

Not forced, but highly recommended. Use Google Authenticator or SMS. Takes 10 seconds to set up and prevents 99% of account hijacking attempts.

Is My Money Safe?

Short answer: yes. Your funds sit in segregated accounts at tier-1 banks, completely separate from our operating money. If we go bankrupt tomorrow (we won't), your cash is protected.

We're regulated in multiple jurisdictions and audited regularly. Not because we enjoy paperwork, but because it's the right way to run a brokerage.

More About Us

Where are client funds held?

Tier-1 banks in segregated accounts. We can't touch that money for operations, bonuses, or anything else. It's yours.

What if TradeProNet shuts down?

Client funds are segregated and would be returned to you. Our operating accounts are separate, so if we somehow implode, your money isn't part of the wreckage.

Who regulates you?

Multiple regulatory bodies depending on your jurisdiction. Check the footer for license numbers—they're real, you can verify them independently.
